Elizabeth Robison, LPC

Hello, I’m Elizabeth.
I believe our experiences can be used to develop
and grow us into better people. Yet, it is vital we explore and understand our challenges and limitations if we want to improve ourselves. As a counselor, I share a blueprint necessary for making healthy changes and choices which move my clients toward wholeness.
Background
I take a special focus in helping couples who experience relationship distress, communication, and forgiveness limitations. Similarly, I am a certified pre-marriage counselor with SYMBIS, and have also completed additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples. I also work with individual adults and children challenged with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
I have worked in various areas throughout my professional career. I entered the counseling profession later in life. Even though I have a varied background, “relationship” has always been a cornerstone and common denominator in journeying with others. I bring to the counseling profession a lifetime of experiences, career expertise, and varied disciplines. My integrated background, coupled with my clinical work, provides others with tools and resources necessary in their journey to wholeness.

Personal Qualities
When I am away from work, you will find me spending time with my husband and our three grown children. My faith allows me to appreciate experiences of others as opportunities for growth and personal development, stemming from the love and commitment of God.
